1. Coaching Services

• No Refunds for Completed Sessions: Refunds are not available for coaching sessions that have already been completed or partially completed.

• Missed Appointments: If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please contact us at info@alieesahwilliams.com /contact us form to reschedule.

2. Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, Online Courses)

• Non-Refundable: Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed.

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your product, please contact us at info@alieesahwilliams.com /contact us form, and we will assist you promptly.

3. Coaching Packages

• Refunds for Unused Sessions: If you purchase a coaching package and decide to cancel within 14 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused sessions, less a cancellation fee of $250.

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made to secure a coaching package are non-refundable.

4. Workshops, Group Programs, and Retreats

• Cancellations and Refunds:

• For cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date of the program or retreat, you will receive a refund minus a non-refundable deposit of $500.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the program or retreat are non-refundable.

• Force Majeure: Refunds may not be available for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
